Waterproof Safety
I do a lot of camping and canoeing, so this bag is a necessity. Just fill it with food items that you don't want to get wet OR electronic items that are not waterproof. They are completely protected. Simply fill the bag and seal the black strip and roll it down as far as you can and buckle it. You can literally drop this in the water and it will float keeping everything dry. There's a handle on the bottom side for short carrying. Also included is an exhale valve that helps get air out of the bag for a tight and small seal. It's lightweight and made from very strong nylon and polyurethane for coating. Its bag formation allows for easy fitting into bags and backpacks. It's a must have for wet weather camping and perfect for canoeing trips. Note the size as it is meant for smaller items and not sleeping bags and such.

The best compression sack for food, bar none.
THE SKINNY: This compression sack has worked beautifully in my recent hiking excursions. It is extremely lightweight at 2 oz., water proof (so when you suspend your food, if it rains, you're safe) and has an automatic air valve. I'll stuff this thing full of food, roll the top down and press the air out. It's as easy as that. With the clip for closure on top, I clip it to the outside top of my backpack for easy access. What more can you ask for? Definitely not for larger items like sleeping bags or blankets or pillows, but will work with about anything else.

These sacks are very light weight and have an air-valve to get the excess air out. After my first one, I've ordered another two. I also have a "storm" bag and a "baja" bag and I like this one the best. Wish they made them in smaller sizes too. Baja in my opinion is way to stiff and heavy for backpacking and storm is the next best thing.
