FuelBelt FuelBox Rocks!
I have been using the large FuelBelt FuelBox for several years now, and love it. In it, I carry mini Cliff Bars and/or gels, AND my BlackBerry or cell phone. The advantage over a Bento box, is that the FuelBox zippers closed and protects the contents from the elements. My cell phones and on-the-road nutrition have survived torrential rains and dust, thanks to the FuelBox. It has completed 11 triathlons, several in pouring rain, and innumerable training rides and long trips in all varieties of upstate NY weather, road and riding conditions. The FuelBox, and it's contents, stay put and are easily accessible while riding.

Good size, just don't throw out the insert.
Whats in the bag or "box" as they call it was a bit odd to me when I first opened it. The bag is made well and the medium size is just right for my needs (cellphone and cliff bar). I was at first unsure if the plastic insert was just for display or shipping purchases because it doesn't quite live up to the quality of the rest of the bag (sticky off-white plastic that looked like it was cut with scissors) however, the insert is both functional and removable. The velcro is good quality and the zipper design works great. This is a great addition to any bike.
About as good as it gets...
I've had this 'box' for about 3 weeks now. Since then I've been on 2 long rides with it. I'm a diabetic, so I mainly use to store a miniature glucometer and some spare test strips for testing blood sugars during a ride or at SAG stops. This is a great, well-built bag for stowing a small amount of whatever - keys, gels, etc. etc. This medium Fuelbox will hold about 4 of your typical gel pouches. It also an internal zippered area for holding some cash or debit cards, ID, etc. It comes with a plastic insert so that it retains it boxy shape. Overall, it is a great addition to my bike.
My only complaint is regarding the orientation of the zipper. The zipper zips forward (toward the front of the bike) so that to zip it entirely shut you have to really work to get the zipper clasp tucked into the space between the Fuelbox and your stem. I can see why this is necessary - when I am up out of the saddle on a steep climb and really working my knees tend to knock against the back of...
